What to Expect

An escape to the Algarve Portugal. Discover Quinta Bonita, Join Georgie and Pip for 5 days of sun, sea, workouts, and lots of relaxation. Carefully curated days to kick start your engine. Beautiful food, scenery, and people. Expect Barre and fusion style workouts in the morning, followed with Pilates and stretchy flows in the evening. Lots to explore with old town Lagos, and coastal hikes. Activities and massages or roll on down to the beach for day in the sun. This is your retreat.

How It Works
Day One Tuesday 6th July

Arrive & Meet

As everyone arrives, we take time to settle in, get comfortable, and begin connecting with those around us. The journey starts here.

Day Two Wednesday 7th July

Move, invigorate and sink in.

The first morning of finding your feet in a new place, we welcome you and start the day with a workout. The day is chilled with no planned activities but a chance to explore surrounding area or lounge by the pool and book a massage.

Day Three Thursday 8th July

Walk. Talk. Explore.

We wake you with some movement and fun. People can opt in a hike or a trip to old town Lagos. Or maybe you have a massage booked and a date with a sun lounger. Finish the day with a flexibility flow.

Day Four Friday 9th July

Move. Relax. Eat.

We wake you with some movement and fun. Time for the beach or perhaps a massage. Finish the day with a releasing stretch. Then a meal out in town, to discover the local cuisine.

Day Five Saturday 10th July

Workout. Sail. Sun.

We wake you with some movement and fun. Take a sailing trip to explore the coast, or choose to carve your own last full day! A full body flow to let go of any tension left on this trip!
